Informative material (video sessions with narrator voice and maximum duration of 15 minutes each and, alternatively, in .pdf format) dedicated to the contents and applications of Regulation (EU) 2017/821, Legislative Decree no. 13/2021 and of the Directorial Decree of 17 March 2022, produced with the purpose of informing importers, in particular SMEs, of tin, tantalum and tungsten, their ores and gold (Conflict Minerals), on the main requirements and obligations to be fulfilled and to provide knowledge of the regulation and its effects, facilitating the understanding of both the language and the sectoral terminology, the application logics, the specific tools available in order to initiate and manage the due diligence process in accordance with European and national regulations.
